We want all of our customers to have a great experience with us at Octago Products. That’s why we created our Octago Happy Returns Policy.
Product arrived damaged?
Email us at support@myoctago.com with your Order ID and a photo of the damaged product within 24-48 hours of receiving the product. We will immediately send a replacement product and pay for the shipping. We’ll deal with the courier from there!
Changed your mind?
You can return your purchased items up to 60 days after receiving it. As long as it’s in sellable, new condition, we will gladly return it minus the cost of shipping. Don’t want to pay the return shipping? If you agree for in-store credit instead, we’ll give you the full value back and pay for the return shipping.
Not satisfied with your purchase?
We stand behind our products. If you’re not satisfied with the product, we will refund you the cost of the product minus shipping. Don’t want to pay return shipping? If you agree for in-store credit instead, we’ll give you the full value back and pay for the return shipping.
How to I ask for a return/refund?
Simply email us at support@myoctago.com. Provide us with your Order ID and let us know why you are asking for a refund. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions detailing the process.
How do I ship back the returned product?
After we’ve confirmed the return, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label. You’ll get all of the instructions included in an email – not to worry!
When will I receive my refund?
Your full credit or refund will be issued within 3 business days after we receive the return. Credit card companies usually take a few more days to process the return, so please allow an additional 2-3 days for your provider to issue the credit.
